DaVinci Resolve's Fairlight module includes loudness meters that measure in LUFS (loudness units relative to full scale), the industry standard for audio normalization. Aiming for -14 LUFS covers most online platforms safely and ensures consistent playback across YouTube and streaming services. Check your specific platform's audio specs if you're uploading somewhere specialized, but -14 LUFS is a reliable default starting point.
